This opportunity is with a global real estate development, investment, capital and property management company. The company currently manages private equity funds as well as multiple REITs and owns more than 80b USD worth of Real Estate in several key markets across the globe.
They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their Asset Management team as a Vice President. The individual will be responsible for leading the asset management team in the formulation and execution of asset management strategies and plans for the assigned real estate portfolio with the objective of maximising the optimum income and highest value of the assets.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall positioning and to achieve the financial, investment, and operational goal of the assigned assets / portfolio.
- Preparing and managing our annual budgets and reports which will cover the financial performance of the assets, leasing status and rental collection.
- Formulate and execute of asset management plans including asset enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain close communications and good relationships with the property management companies, work closely with Property Manager to ensure that the asset is properly maintained, managed and compliant with regulations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and coordinating with external parties like government authorities, brokers, leasing agents, vendors, consultants etc.
- Manage market intelligence, collate global market / industry information to ensure competitiveness of the Company’s assets and services.
