The company has also expanded into the industrial and warehousing sectors.
They are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to contribute to strategic land acquisition efforts in Mumbai and Thane. The individual will be involved in end-to-end deal processes, market research, project evaluation, financial modelling, and collaboration with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring proven experience in real estate, strong analytical skills, proficiency in negotiation and due diligence coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-end Land acquisition and investment opportunities including JDA, JV, Profit share or Development Management in Mumbai and Thane.
- Evaluate projects across business segments of Residential and Commercial.
- Should be able to do basic financial modelling for feasibilities and risk analysis.
- Support with deal execution, transaction management, structuring, due diligence and closure.
- Support legal in formulating term sheet & agreements for commercials aspects and negotiation on agreements with investors after understanding their needs.
- Coordinate for due diligence and closure with other parties, their consultants and internal departments.
- Partner with brokers, investment banks and other intermediaries to scout for opportunities.
