They are currently looking for an experienced professional for their Project Finance team. This individual will be responsible for raising capital for projects, negotiate and finalise deals, manage lender relationships, liaise with financial institutions, preparing financial documents and work credit rating agencies on new and ongoing ratings.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for capital raise for multiple projects across the platform in various forms of debt.
- Evaluating funding sources and meeting prospective lenders, evaluating costs, negotiating terms and finalisation of deals.
- Ability to negotiate and close pricing and commercials on various loans raised.
- Relationship management with existing lenders and developing relationships with new lenders.
- Liaison with various banks, financial institutions and investment bankers for Project funding.
- End to end responsibility for submission of proposal to lenders, moving the proposal and ensuring the closure of the deal.
- Preparing Information Memorandum, Cash Flow & Financials Modelling of the various projects.
- Working with external credit rating agencies for new rating & annual/quarterly surveillance.
Requirements:
- Must have an extensive network with NBFCs, Banks, and various other Financial Institutions, with the key decision-makers.
- Proven experience & expertise in leading end-to-end transactions, including determining funding requirements, creation of business plans, and front-ending negotiation of the deals.
- Proficiency in preparing financial models.
- Experience working with rating agencies.
