Offering services in architecture, master planning, and interior design, the firm excels in delivering holistic designs. With offices across two continents, the company has extensive experience in emerging markets, including Sub-Saharan Africa, India, and the Middle East.
They are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead business development in the west region. This individual will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maximizing revenue and building strong client relationships within the architecture and design industry involving market penetration, client retention, agreement documentation and coordination with internal teams for billing and project management.
Responsibilities
Business development & client relationship
- New business development & revenue maximization.
- Strong networking base with Indian developers and their top management.
- Qualitative experience in service marketing, exposure in marketing of Architectural design service would be preferred.
- Market penetration including PR activities and promoting the company in new cities and areas of growth.
- Client retention and relationship building.
- This position would require extensive travel across India every month.
Client retention and relationship building
- To leverage on current client base.
- To expand our services to other asset classes.
Documentation
- Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements.
- Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties.
- Coordinate with project heads for raising invoices as and when required.
- Follow up on the outstanding payments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture plus MBA from a reputed institute would be preferred Master degree in construction or project Management is ideal.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and CRM software.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Good coordination skills.
- High quality communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead from the front.
- Good team player.
- Detailed understanding of Indian real estate sector.
- Strong networking with developers in the real estate sector.
- Strong business & commercial acumen.
- Negotiation skills.
