They are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead their asset management team. This role will be accountable for maximizing profitability and preventing cash overruns in portfolio projects and investee entities through effective project monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Create robust project monitoring and control systems and be accountable for end-to-end monitoring and reporting of all investments to ensure timely completion of portfolio projects within time, cost and quality parameters, in accordance to business plans, with no deviations from the underwritten cashflows.
- Apply various statistical and economic models used for forecasting, analysis and recommendation for schedule, cost, sales and collections.
- Carry out development management activities of under construction projects, including tracking construction milestones, overseeing implementation of the business case by identifying various dependencies, assumptions, bottlenecks and recommending business and financial decisions to keep project on track.
- Develop tools for reporting; equity deployment plan, debt schedules, equity allocation and Net asset value, schedule and CAPEX performance, cash flow and annual operating targets, portfolio IRR and project IRR.
- Deep Dive to the planning schedule and key events to meet timelines.
- Work with the PMC and the financial auditor to ensure the reports are timely and accurate as well as work on resolutions of red flags.
- Work on internal audit and compliance of all the investments.
- Real estate market research and analysis related to the location, sale price, volume, sales numbers, costs and approval regulations of the investments (including searching for updated reports on different markets, compiling data from various sources, updating spreadsheets and reports with important metrics).
Requirements
- Civil Engineering background and project management experience is a must.
- Relevant experience in asset monitoring of multiple large scale residential projects, either with a developer or PMC.
- Strong attention to detail with high-level accuracy.
- Extremely organized with the ability to prioritize and co-ordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Passionate about supporting the overall team and helping us reach our objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team support skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to gather and organize data from multiple sources.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with strong leadership, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
- Should have proficiency in MS-office, MSP, BIM/AutoCAD.
