They are currently looking for a seasoned Human Resources professional who will play a pivotal role in driving HR initiatives, supporting business objectives, and overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations. This position demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR advisor to senior leadership and employees on HR strategies and best practices.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with organisational goals.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and grievance handling with a focus on resolution and legal compliance.
- Oversee payroll processes, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
- Partner with business heads on workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, and industry best practices.
- Strong experience in handling employee relations, talent management, and HR operations at a senior level.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence business decisions through effective HR strategies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, advanced Excel skills, and HR analytics will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
