This opportunity is with a renowned developer, known for their signature high-rise residential ventures. The company stands out for its extensive land holdings and remarkable absence of debt. Embarking on a redevelopment endeavour they have ambitious plans to develop large area of prime real estate in the next five years.

They are currently looking for an experienced professional to head their marketing department. The role involves developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand image, identify new market opportunities, and increase brand and product visibility in both current and emerging markets. The ideal candidate will also contribute strategic insights to attract and manage potential investors in the company’s real estate offerings, while exploring new revenue streams. Additionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction will be key to achieving the company’s broader business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation and execution of comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and market positioning in both established and developing markets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the real estate sector.
  • Represent the organization at industry functions and public forums, serving as a spokesperson when required.
  • Build and manage relationships with external partners such as creative agencies, research firms, and digital marketing vendors.
  • Ensure all marketing content complies with legal standards and that intellectual property is properly managed.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop impactful marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Plan and implement lead generation initiatives aimed at expanding the sales pipeline and increasing engagement.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, competitor activity, and broader market trends to guide product development and innovation in line with evolving demands.
  • Support revenue targets by initiating timely campaigns, promotional activities, and events, while coordinating lead generation through media buying and planning.
  • Maintain visual consistency across brand assets, including logos, taglines, and messaging, to establish a cohesive identity.
  • Drive internal and external brand education through SOPs, promoting awareness of standardized resources and trademarks.
  • Coordinate with marketing service providers for the planning and execution of branding initiatives, ensuring optimal terms, timelines, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring adherence to approved allocations and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Approve marketing-related transactions in line with budget guidelines and strategic priorities.
  • Lead digital marketing activities, including email outreach, social media management, and online advertising.
  • Enhance the organization’s digital footprint, ensuring effective management of the corporate website and online property listings.
  • Oversee public relations efforts, managing press coverage, corporate communication, and media interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master degree in Marketing or Corporate Communication is preferred.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in real estate firm, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role would be ideal.
