The company has about 500 offices across the globe and advises clients ranging from individual owners to developers, investors and corporate tenants. The company has a strong research and analytics team, offering a comprehensive range of real estate services across advisory, valuation and consulting, retail, hospitality, land and capital, facility management and project management.
They are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead regional business strategy and performance. The role includes overseeing profit and loss, identifying growth opportunities, supporting project operations, and maintaining strong client engagement. Responsibilities also cover resource planning, financial oversight, process implementation, and providing strategic insights through management reporting.
Responsibilities
Business Strategy and Financial Management
Lead the development and execution of regional business strategy, including full responsibility for revenue generation and profitability.
Business Development
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing service proposals, and delivering compelling business presentations.
Client Engagement
Foster strong client relationships through regular project reviews, feedback sessions, and exploration of future business prospects.
Operational Support
Provide strategic and operational support to the project management team, including risk and compliance reviews, monitoring project health, and ensuring service delivery meets defined scope.
Resource Management
Oversee workforce planning, including resource selection, skills assessment, retention strategies, and optimisation of team capabilities.
Process Management
Ensure adherence to operational processes and standards through consistent implementation and periodic reviews as per internal guidelines.
Financial Oversight
Demonstrate sound financial acumen with the ability to manage costs, track project invoicing, and monitor receivables in line with revenue targets.
Management Information Systems (MIS)
Interpret and evaluate key management reports to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Qualifications – Graduation / Post Graduation in Engineering or Architecture. Additional degree in Business Administration or Construction Management or Interior Design preferred.
- Career Experience – At least 20 years hands on experience in end-to-end delivery/oversight of different kinds of Design & Build or EPC projects, Commercial Fit outs, Industrial & Warehouse Base Build projects, in the Project Management vertical in IPCs, Other Project Management firms or on a Client side handling a senior leadership role at least for 5 years.
- Aptitude – Exposure to Business Development, should have client base to generate leads, Market knowhow and familiarity with region, knowledge of Consultants and Contractors working across region, Leadership, good technical knowledge, Marketing & Networking skills, Problem-solving skills, Dynamic personality with strong ability to lead senior professionals, Excellent communication and presentation skills.
