They are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead and oversee all commercial aspects of EPC projects, including contracts, planning, budgeting, costing, procurement, and MEP coordination. Provide strategic direction, manage risks, and ensure project success. Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop a high-performing commercial team.
Responsibilities
Balancing Project Outgoings and Added Worth
Focus on enhancing financial efficiency throughout every phase of complex design and construction initiatives. Draw upon informed data use, comparative evaluation, and systematic value reviews to uncover prudent financial adjustments. Aim to improve overall returns while upholding agreed standards and delivery targets.
Guiding Commercial Activities with a Broader Perspective
Offer direction and oversight for all income-related responsibilities within major construction operations. Ensure these efforts remain in harmony with broader organisational plans and the firm’s future aspirations.
Timely Progress through Thoughtful Planning
Prepare and uphold detailed timelines for project activities, making use of recognised digital tools. Allocate resources thoughtfully and monitor progress closely. Introduce necessary changes when deviations are detected.
Keeping Financial Matters on Track
Handle the planning and upkeep of thorough financial outlines for ongoing works, including forecasts and outcome reports. Apply consistent tracking systems to maintain clarity around monetary performance, and use well-considered techniques to keep spending in check.
Handling Agreements with Diligence

Requirements
- B. Tech / B.E. (Civil) / Postgraduate in Project / Construction Management / MBA.
- 20 + years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills & deep-rooted experience in dealing with consultants, vendors, contractors.
- Strong leadership & senior level maturity with excellent man management skills.
- Should possess excellent communication skills both written & verbal with strong coordination and networking skills.
