Designation – Senior Consultant/ Associate Principal

Experience – 6-8 years for Senior Consultant and 8-12 years for Associate Principal

Preferred background – 360 executive recruitment (mid-senior or retained), b2b sales (selling to CXOs), solution sales, business development in any services business

Focus Markets – Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad

Looking for professionals who have worked in either Mumbai or Bangalore

Our clientele – Real Estate developers, PE firms, AIFs, NBFCs, IPCs, PMCs, EPC companies, global investors and rental asset developers, CRE teams, design and build firms, IFM and PAM companies

Responsibilities

Division Delivery Lead – Responsibilities – 70% recruitment and 30% growth

  • Lead end-end delivery management
  • Network with senior professionals and HODs
  • Independently manage mid-senior level mandates
  • Ensure TAT
  • Ensure high CV out to interview ratio
  • Demonstrate high success rate in closing mandates
  • Independently manage critical negotiations
  • Talent mapping
  • KAM, retention, cross-selling and upselling

Division Growth Lead – Responsibilities – 70% growth and 30% recruitment

  • New business development and client onboarding
  • Lead end-end proposal management
  • Network with senior professionals and HODs
  • KAM, retention, cross-selling and upselling
  • Attend conferences and seminars
  • Work with marketing for lead generation and manage inbound enquiries
  • Use data analytics for targeted outbound approach
  • Delivery management through delivery leads and cross functional teams
  • Independently manage select mandates

If you are from recruitment background

  • Expert mapping capabilities and search skills
  • Excellent candidate conversion capabilities
  • Expert ability to thoroughly evaluate candidates’ experience and circumstances
  • Proven track record of closing difficult positions at a senior level
  • Proven track record of consistent billing
  • Preferred, if you are among the top 3 billers in your current firm

If you are from sales/ business development background

  • Expertise in selling to CXOs
  • Consistent over-achiever of targets
