Responsibilities
- Evaluate land for acquisition under outright or asset light models (Land acquisition, JDA, JV or Profit share)
- Evaluate projects across business segments of Residential, Commercial and Warehousing
- Manage Sourcing and Channel relationships
- Understanding and preparing statements as per DCPR 2034, Unified DCR for MMR region
- Stay updated with any Government resolutions issued from time to time that shall have direct impact on feasibility.
