They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their Business Development – Redevelopment team for an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative of redevelopment projects for this organization. As a key team member, the individual will be the liaison between society management and the company, handling communication, assessing tenders, and preparing proposals for redevelopment projects. Regular interaction with society members, internal coordination and basic knowledge of legal and real estate regulations are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SPOC bridging communication between the society management and the company for redevelopment initiatives.
- Engage in consistent communication and follow-up with brokers, PMCs, and oversee the tendering process.
- Develop comprehensive working, presentation, and feasibility analyses for shortlisted society redevelopment proposals.
- Maintain regular contact through visits and communication with selected society members, actively participating in negotiation processes.
- Ensure internal coordination and collaboration with other teams to gather necessary details and insights.
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of legal documentation and stay informed about real estate regulations, including DCR.
