Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitor Mapping
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking, as well as consumer research, for prospective project releases.
- Conduct a thorough assessment of surrounding projects to determine the current pricing.
Product development
- Researching and analysing many areas of the real estate industry in order to determine the best product mix, price, and identifying the project’s USP by offering vital insights for subsequent projects.
- Research on the preference of Amenities and Specifications for the new product which is under development stage.
- Based on customer pain point and aspirations, do research, analyse, investigate, and offer innovative features.
- Product testing involves a variety of stakeholders, including channel partners and consumers.
Land Acquisition
- Support and collaborate with the Business Development team to analyse land proposals from the standpoints of sales and marketing.
- Provide critical inputs for Land acquisition with regards to likability of location, sales Velocities and pricing etc.
Key Skills
The applicant must:
- hold an MBA degree.
- have excellent knowledge of PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Excel.
- possess good command over spoken as well as written English.
- have a desire to learn and must be innovative.
