They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their team as a Senior Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing sales opportunities, collaborating closely with other departments to achieve business objectives. The primary focus of this role will be on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
Lead generation:
A successful lead generation strategy is essential for an Enterprise Flex Office sales, as it is the first step in the sales process. Working closely and engaging with IPCs through meets so that they generate high value leads and work towards closure.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and sales team to develop sales strategies and goals. Strategy is to position the company as a premium managed office provider, delivering high value product at a price point that is in line with the deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets.
Sales Forecasting:
- Work with the sales team to create accurate sales forecasts and pipelines.
- Analyse sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies.
Manage the sales pipeline:
Being involved in the entire sales process, from initial contact with potential clients to closing deals. This includes identifying opportunities, and ensuring that the company is aggressively working closely with clients with best turnaround time to convert the leads to clients (members). As this role is IPC connect role, IPCs should be in loop while we interact with the clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in order to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. This includes understanding the client’s needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Participate in high-level sales negotiations and discussions with clients.
Client, Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Gather and analyse client feedback to make improvements in services.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Nurturing leads:
Identifying potential customers and nurturing the leads by providing valuable information and building relationships over time. This can include sending regular email newsletters, following up with phone calls, or scheduling meetings.
Networking:
Attend industry events and conferences, IPC connect meets to generate leads, engage, rapport building, become a preferred partner and to meet potential clients in person and build relationships. (Core net & other CRE events etc.)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them in order to drive revenue growth. This includes researching new market trends and identifying potential clients.
Brand advocacy:
Actively promoting and representing the company’s brand and values to external stakeholders. This role is crucial for building trust, credibility, and loyalty with clients and partners. This should be done keeping the company’s positioning, capabilities, values, unique offerings, in mind.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, newer opportunities, new clients entering the market.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve the sales process, identifying areas for optimization.
- Implement best practices and sales methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular sales reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders based on data.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments within the company, such as Design (product team), marketing, operations, community, and finance.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure compliance and ethics with company policies and ethical standards as they are critical aspects of business operations and organizational culture.
- Adherence to laws, regulations, industry standards, and ethical principles to ensure that tasks are completed in a responsible, transparent, and legal manner.
- Address any ethical or legal issues promptly and appropriately.
- Consistently demonstrating ethical behaviour and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a sales manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the coworking industry or commercial real estate sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong business development and networking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
- Familiarity with relevant industry-specific regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales productivity tools.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to effectively lead a team.
