This opportunity is with a global real estate firm provides a comprehensive range of services, including Project Management, Facility Management, Design & Build, Consulting, and Transaction Advisory. The firm has established a strong presence in workspace solutions, particularly in corporate fit-outs and facility management. Its client portfolio includes leading multinational corporations.

They are currently looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join their dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in managing budgeting, revenue, project design and team performance while representing the company in various forums and business meetings. They will be expected to drive new business initiatives, maintain high standards of customer relationship management, and ensure the effective execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting: Maintain a close watch on the monthly P&L statements and ensure adherence to budgets frozen at the beginning of the financial year.
  • Event participation: Represent the company at various forums and/ or business meetings to promote the company.
  • Revenue Management: Drive the revenue numbers in the weekly meetings and ensure close monitoring is accorded to the sales funnel.
  • Strategic initiatives Management: Develop and implement strategies for expanding company’s customer base.
  • Team Management: To recruit, inspire, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals.
  • Performance Management: Establish and monitor performance reporting system.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure quality control of all sales output pertaining to customer account acquisition and service delivery on the same.
  • New Business Generation: Responsible for spearheading new business development initiatives that are consistent with the organisation’s overall growth strategy.
  • Safety Management: Ensure adherence to safety procedure during the site work and report violations.
  • Tendering: Be an active participant in the tendering process of the organisation for suitable vendor identification for various project deliverables.
  • Project Revenue Management: Expected to meet or assigned revenue and target metric objectives for business unit for each project undertaken.
  • Project Design Management: Oversee the design team internal/ external and interfacing with client/ client’s team for appropriate project design.
  • Displays: Understanding of duties and organisation’s policy and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Must possess a Bachelor Degree/ MBA.
  • Skills: Project planning, cost management, risk management, vendor management, negotiation, communication, interpersonal and sales.
