About the company

This opportunity is with a renowned developer, known for their signature high-rise residential ventures. The company stands out for its extensive land holdings and remarkable absence of debt. Embarking on a redevelopment endeavour they have ambitious plans to develop large area of prime real estate in the next five years.

They are currently looking for an experienced professional to lead their planning team. The individual will be responsible for the operations of the company’s redevelopment projects and timely delivery of projects from start to handing over to the end user by maintaining and monitoring master schedule and ensuring that the set timelines / milestones are met. Providing critical inputs to concerned to achieve set timelines for completion of the project


  • Monitor Master Schedule for the project in coordination with Contractors, Consultants, Internal team to ensure timely delivery of project aspects from starting stage to final project handing over and get the same approved by the Management.
  • Analyse the complete Work break down Structure of the Master Schedule with all aspects of projects completion, various activities involved and setting of milestones with deadlines and communicate the same to Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
  • Coordinate with consultants, internal departments like Design, Civil, MEP, contractors and external bodies to finalize on achievable and realistic timelines and incorporate the same within the Master Schedule with in the set frame work of Project Completion target
  • Conduct weekly / monthly meetings to highlight & monitor inter-dependencies in work schedule and advance planning in terms of resources required for achieving targets / milestones as per original schedule
  • Follow up with all concerned for site progress, set timelines, forthcoming activities to avoid delay in work schedule and provide timely interventions to ensure that the work is not hampered / delayed.
  • Ensure timely escalation of deviations in work / activities planned to ensure timely resolutions and corrective actions if required.
  • Monitor various MIS and reports like planned vs actual, milestones and targets set & to be achieved and other site progress related MIS and update all concerned on weekly / monthly basis.
  • Monitoring the budget to ensure that project cost is within control; Escalation or deviations / variations in estimated cost and proposing the same for approval.
  • Maintaining MIS of budget vs actual for reference and cost control.
  • Certification of bills as per terms of contract & work executed.
  • Maintain a master database of all Schedules, Approved Timelines, approved milestones and deviations, if any to ensure proper recordings of data for future references, bill processing, budget escalations etc.
  • Ensure systematic record keeping for ready reference.


  • B.E (Civil); Masters in Project Management.
  • At least 15 Years of experience in project planning of High-rise buildings, minimum of 40 Floors.
  • Should have prepared & monitored “Master Schedule” for a project from inception to completion
  • Should be adept in making various MIS and reports like planned vs actual, milestones and targets (set / achieved/ to be achieved) and other site progress related MIS.
  • Should be conversant with MS Projects / Primavera or Any other relevant scheduling tools.
  • Should have planned & monitored “Master Schedule for following Projects: Mixed use & residential.
