They are currently looking for an experienced Investor Relations Professional. This individual will be responsible for managing relationships with existing and potential investors, ensuring transparent and effective communication, and leading fundraising activities. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong financial acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Investor Relations Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, including high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and family offices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on investment performance and strategy.
Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and deliver regular investor communications, including quarterly reports, newsletters, and presentations.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all investor communications with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Institutional Fundraising:
- Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to attract new investors and JV partners.
- Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and other fundraising activities.
Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research and analysis to support investment strategies and decisions.
- Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitive landscape, and economic factors impacting the real estate sector.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the investment team to understand portfolio performance, investment strategies, and key developments.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop investor relations materials and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance. A Master’s degree or CA/CFA Certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market in India.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
