They are currently looking for an experienced professional to oversee MEP services for large office buildings / IT parks. The focus is on ensuring compliance, upgrading infrastructure, and developing safety processes. The individual will be responsible for identifying critical capex upgrades, coordinating audits, evaluating technologies, and implementing centralized initiatives. The role requires expertise in MEP upgradation for operational buildings, familiarity with commercial real estate and experience in brownfield projects. The key competencies include possessing strong business acumen, customer centricity, result orientation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Identify critical capex upgrades required for MEP installations along with operations team and execute the same.
  • Preparation of technical specifications for procuring engineering materials/equipment based on CAPEX requirement.
  • Coordinate periodic audits of MEP infrastructure and addressing critical issues on priority.
  • Evaluating emerging technologies.
  • Implement other centralized initiatives related to MEP.
  • Repository of all MEP and other project related documentation, like drawings, manuals, records, test reports commissioning reports are in place and well maintained.
  • Facilitating for compliance of all regulatory requirements of MEP infrastructure.
  • Performance monitoring of all critical infrastructure across all parks in coordination with Operations department.
  • Developing Energy, Environmental conservation programmes and O & M policies and Procedures and coordinate with all stakeholders for effective implementation.
  • Developing templates for Utility consumptions monitoring and MIS generation.
  • Ensure MIS are provided as per requirements.
  • Transitioning of New projects for HOTO.
  • Deliver the role in alignment with the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework, including Health and Safety (EHS).

Requirements

  • Graduation in Electrical (Preferred) Mechanical Engineering, preferably with Program/ Project Management exposure.
  • Hands on Technical skills in MEP.
  • Ability to engage with Stakeholders and drive for results.
  • Project Management Skills.
  • Cost Management or Quantity Surveying experience.
  • Experienced in mechanical, electrical and HVAC engineering, execution, design or prototyping experience, and holistic design expertise.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • MS office – Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Drive to gather and implement global best practices.
