They are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Professional to join their team. The individual should be a Transaction Documentation Specialist, who will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents essential for the company’s fund operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the company’s investment team, contributing to the success of investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Managing the funding/closing process following sanctions.
- Managing amendments or restructuring of existing financings.
- Detail oriented approach with attention to “line by line” review of documents working with independent transaction counsel.
- Review of Title diligence.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and counterparties to facilitate the execution of transactions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies, and procedures.
- Provide legal support and guidance to various departments within the organisation as needed.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in drafting and reviewing lending documents and Debenture Trust Deeds, Security documents.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in legal research.
- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
