They are currently looking for Location Head to lead their NCR studio. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the studio’s operations, fostering a culture of innovation, discipline, and integrity. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth in the region, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and nurturing a cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the studio’s client base.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance market presence and visibility.
- Generate leads, pitch proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new projects.
Client Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address client concerns, providing timely solutions and maintaining high levels of service excellence.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of design projects from concept to completion, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular project reviews, monitoring progress, quality, and client feedback.
Studio Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the NCR studio, including resource allocation, workflow optimization, and administrative functions.
- Implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations and maximise productivity.
- Uphold organisational values and standards of the company, fostering a culture of discipline, integrity, and professionalism.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of designers, architects, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members, promoting growth and skill enhancement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning, driving individual and collective success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Project Management.
- Excellent leadership, management, and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
