They have completed more than 1 million square feet of projects and additionally have 3.5 million square feet of projects in various phases of development.
They are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves ensuring compliance, developing employee growth initiatives, and optimizing HR processes to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires into the company culture and processes.
- Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Regularly assess employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms, creating action plans to address areas of improvement.
- Drive retention programs that promote career growth and recognition within the organization.
Performance Management
- Manage the performance management system, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Support managers in setting measurable objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Work on creating career development and growth plans for employees.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Update HR policies as necessary and educate employees on policy changes.
- Handle employee relations issues professionally, managing conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed.
Learning & Development
- Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to enhance employee performance and growth. Support the implementation of leadership development and other training programs to nurture talent within the organization.
Compensation & Benefits
- Collaborate with consultant to the administer payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs.
- Evaluate and recommend compensation and benefits enhancements to remain competitive in the market.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to measure effectiveness and areas of improvement.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership on key HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
HR Process Improvement
Continuously improve HR processes and leverage HR technology to drive efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master preferred).
- Proven experience (6 years and above) in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies and best practices. Experience with HRIS systems and data driven HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and inspire teams and employees.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning and talent development.
