With over 130 million square feet built and ongoing projects, the company aims to exceed expectations through ideation, collaboration, and engineering.
They are currently seeking a seasoned professional to lead their projects. The individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, timely and profitable outcomes, fostering team growth and building strong client relationships.
The person will be responsible for managing at least 3-5 large scale projects at any given time
Responsibilities
- Ensuring high quality of built projects in a timely & efficient manner.
- Ensuring profitability of the projects being handled.
- Ensuring professional growth and development of the reporting team.
- Building client relationships, engendering high levels of satisfaction and hence repeat orders.
- Taking complete responsibility for the entrusted projects end-to-end.
- Identifying and mitigating/ escalating risks through the project cycle.
- Creating best possible design responses to project demands resulting in award winning creative designs.
- Conducting a thorough site analysis prior to start of design work.
- Taking responsibility for collation and analysis of all National codes (non-local).
- Creating complete and comprehensive design portfolios at every stage of the design process backed up by accurate documentation.
- Ensuring design fidelity and quality in execution, review and respond to WSR raised by site personnel or generate the WSR in the absence of site personnel.
- Analysing successes and failures of projects post completion and 1 year after occupation.
- Ensuring efficient project delivery in line with the planned resourcing thereby ensuring profitability and timely delivery.
- Ensuring personal professional growth by discussing and agreeing on a growth path as well as personal advancement goals with the VH and ensuring delivery accordingly.
- Ensuring professional growth by facilitating achievement of personal advancement goals amongst the team members, ensure timely and fair assessments & high levels of motivation.
- Engaging with the client intensively and ensure minimum escalations. Forewarning the Vertical Head/ Management about likely escalations.
- Compiling project documentation for publication (internal and external).
