They are currently looking for an experienced professional to represent their fund to ensure the projects are completed within time and cost parameters. The individual will be responsible for the profitability of the project by applying strong project control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of real estate projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and government officials.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project.
Requirements
- B. Tech Civil
- Proven experience as a real estate project manager.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local, state, and national real estate regulations.
- Ability to work with pressure and meet deadlines.
