They are currently looking for an experienced Sales professional with an extensive expertise in Luxury Residential Sales. This individual will be responsible for delivering compelling sales presentations to potential clients and investors, researching luxury property pricing and making recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Delivering convincing oral sales presentation to potential clients and investors.
- Researching luxury properties pricing trends and made appropriate pricing recommendation to clients.
- Effectively market the community through the development of a leads base and selling the community through discovering, presenting and closing qualified leads.
- Assisting buyers with the customizing and selection of their new home and site.
- Assisting buyers with the financing of their new home purchase.
- Maintaining relationship with new and existing client for referrals.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, address issues, and provide solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in Luxury Residential Sales is a must.
- The individual must be willing to manage the assigned work load.
- Team player – possessing the ability to lead the team.
- Quick decision maker.
