They are currently looking for an experienced professional to join their team as a Revenue Manager. This individual will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises. This role focuses on understanding client needs, business performance, and expansion plans, while showcasing the company’s value proposition. They will stay informed on market trends, competition, and economic factors, and foster valuable alliances to drive community engagement.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Represent the brand at conferences, networking events, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify key industry events and opportunities for networking and business development.
  • Develop and manage effective, proactive business relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, and Alliances to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across large enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, venture capitalists, and technology firms.
  • Organise quarterly meetings with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Develop strategies to address prospect requirements and effectively pitch to potential clients.
  • Tailor approaches to address the distinct needs of decision-makers, influencers, and user groups.
  • Plan and execute growth strategies for targeted industries and market segments.

Transaction Management:

  • Conduct office walkthroughs and tours at various company locations.
  • Influence channel partners and stakeholders to close deals.
  • Maintain a disciplined, proactive approach to driving outbound sales initiatives.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyse market trends.
  • Understand spatial data, real estate micro-markets, and key demand drivers.
  • Track competitor movements across different geographies and engagement initiatives.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes or public policy shifts that could present opportunities or threats to business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial office leasing or capital markets.
  • Familiar with tools used for sales management or customer relationship tracking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for success.
