The company is seeking a Technical Assistant to provide technical and administrative support to the COO – Projects in overseeing real estate commercial and residential developments. The role will involve supporting project coordination, preparing and managing technical documentation, conducting site visits, and participating in stakeholder meetings. The role will also involve assisting in monitoring project timelines and costs, supporting the tendering and contract finalization process, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external partners. Additionally, the position will provide technical inputs and assist in developing project strategies to support the successful execution of ongoing and upcoming developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring of ongoing commercial and residential projects.
  • Support in issue resolutions and corrective actions.
  • Coordination with internal and external stake holders for project related activities.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation including support in data analysis.
  • Support in vendor evaluation and process improvement.
