Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale sales expansion, drawing on proven experience in real estate, financial services, or related sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic, data-driven sales plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams to consistently surpass targets.
- Manage end-to-end high-value sales closures, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Monitor market trends and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Leverage sales analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance conversion rates.
Requirements
- Must possess an MBA from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in Sales.
- Experience in selling luxury residential with ticket size of INR 7-10 crores in South India will be an added advantage.
